Returns & Guarantee Policy

We want you to love your Clara products. If you experience any issues, we’re here to help.

 

12-Month Guarantee (Faulty Items)

All Clara Hair tools are manufactured to the highest standards and are covered by a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing faults.

If your item develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, please contact us and return the product to us. Once received and inspected, we will send you a replacement item.

Please note that this guarantee covers manufacturing faults only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

For items that are confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label so the item can be returned to us for inspection. Once the fault has been verified, we will arrange a replacement item to be sent to you.

30-Day Returns Policy (Unused Items)

We offer a 30-day no-quibble return policy. If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Before returning an item, you must contact our customer service team so that your return can be logged and authorised. This ensures we can track your return and process your refund as quickly as possible.

Returning an item using parcel collect:

  1. Book a free collection at: Track my return | Royal Mail Group Ltd
  2. Note before arranging your collection, you will require your original order number. (This can be found on your confirmation email).
  3. You will be asked for your SKU details. These can be found on the confirmation email you received when the order was originally placed.
  4. Continue to complete all the details that are asked for.
  5. Hand the package to the Royal Mail collector at the scheduled time.

 

 

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items caused by customer misuse
  • Hair tools that have been used, unless they are faulty
  • Opened or used haircare products (such as shampoo or treatments) for hygiene reasons, unless faulty on arrival

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
