Returns & Guarantee Policy
We want you to love your Clara products. If you experience any issues, we’re here to help.
12-Month Guarantee (Faulty Items)
All Clara Hair tools are manufactured to the highest standards and are covered by a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing faults.
If your item develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, please contact us and return the product to us. Once received and inspected, we will send you a replacement item.
Please note that this guarantee covers manufacturing faults only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
For items that are confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label so the item can be returned to us for inspection. Once the fault has been verified, we will arrange a replacement item to be sent to you.

30-Day Returns Policy (Unused Items)
We offer a 30-day no-quibble return policy. If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Before returning an item, you must contact our customer service team so that your return can be logged and authorised. This ensures we can track your return and process your refund as quickly as possible.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the item meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that items returned without first contacting us and obtaining return authorisation may not be accepted.
Please note that unfortunately return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning items, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Using a tracked service will allow you to monitor your package and ensure it arrives safely, as refunds cannot be issued for items that are not received or arrive damaged.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used, damaged, or altered items caused by customer misuse
- Hair tools that have been used, unless they are faulty
- Opened or used haircare products (such as shampoo or treatments) for hygiene reasons, unless faulty on arrival
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
